B1 new vision 12-month Warranty Policy (Sunglasses/Glasses)
At B1 New vision, we stand by our superior quality standards provided by some of the best global brands. Australia-wide shipping is available.
For your piece of mind, we offer a 12-month warranty against all manufacturers’ fault for eyewear. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. You can rest assured knowing that any faults are seriously addressed with all replacement parts provided to you free of charge. Kindly note that damage to frames or lenses caused by general wear and tear or accidents are not covered by this warranty.
If you think your eyewear has a manufacturing fault or defect, that is not the result of wear and tear, we will arrange spare parts or replacement per our obligations under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). When making a claim, simply contact us by email and we will provide you with a return form informing you of the next steps as well as our return address.
A warranty against defects is a representation communicated to a consumer that if the goods or services (or part of them) are defective, the business will:
repair or replace goods (or part of them)
resupply or fix a problem with the product supplied (or part of them)
provide compensation to the consumer where applicable and at the discretion of the seller.
A representation will only be a warranty against defects if it is made at or around the time that goods or services are supplied.
Any material with writing on it could evidence a warranty against defects, for example wording on the packaging or on a label, if those words contain such a promise. (refer to the URL http://www.consumerlaw.gov.au for details). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
